What the club does

• Youth & High School FootballCREATED

  The Atlanta Falcons invest in the growth of youth and high school football across Georgia through a wide range of programs focused on access, education, development and community support. Their efforts include free youth football camps that teach young athletes football fundamentals, safety and character development; coaching clinics and educational resources that help youth and high school coaches improve their skills and develop players both on and off the field; and Coach of the Week programs that recognize Georgia coaches while providing financial grants to support their football programs. The Falcons also support NFL FLAG and have made a significant long-term investment in expanding girls' high school flag football, helping create opportunities for girls to participate in the sport and supporting its development within Georgia's school systems. Together, these initiatives provide young athletes with opportunities to learn and play while strengthening the coaches, schools and community programs that support them.

• Arthur M Blank FoundationFOUNDER

  The foundation is currently on a journey of deeper learning and strategy setting for its new priority areas: Atlanta’s Westside, Democracy, Environment, Mental Health & Well-Being, Youth Development and Founder Initiatives. Geographically, much of the work will continue to prioritize Georgia (with a focus on Atlanta) and Montana, while also considering the potential for greater national impact and influence.

• HBCU Fellows ProgramFOUNDER

  The Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo are dedicated to leveling the playing field for HBCU students interested in kicking off careers in Sports & Entertainment. Through our unique partnership with Wells Fargo, students participate in a paid, 10-week fall semester program, working up to 20 hours per week at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

  Atlanta Falcons SOAR Associate Leadership Development Program focuses on skills, opportunity, access, and readiness. This 12-month cohort-style program provides ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure, and the ability to develop skills critical to each associate's future career growth while contributing to our mission of delivering championship teams on and off the field.
